Join Grifols as an LPN or RN at our plasma donation center. In this patient-focused role, you will perform donor assessments, start IV lines, monitor donors during plasma collection, and respond to adverse reactions. You’ll ensure compliance with FDA and cGMP regulations, accurately document in EMR systems, and maintain high standards of infection control and donor safety.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support training of staff, and help optimize center flow while providing compassionate care in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
