The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Clinic Tier 2 provides nursing care in a clinical setting under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), physician, or advanced practice provider (APP). This role focuses on delivering safe, patient-centered care in compliance with established clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, contributing to optimal patient outcomes and efficient clinic operations. Tier 2 LPNs utilize fundamental clinical skills, but are frequently required to apply moderate to advanced-complexity clinical skills and knowledge in their daily practice, often in high-complexity or specialized settings, requiring additional training skill validation. Responsibilities include direct patient care, administrative functions, and active collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to maintain the highest standards of quality and service. The LPN exemplifies organizational values by providing compassionate, respectful, and effective care while adhering to the scope of practice outlined by the Ohio Board of Nursing.

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in Practical Nursing.
- LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Ohio required
- Experience in a similar capacity 1-2 years preferred. Medical Office experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Successful completion of a Medical Assistant Program
- Registered through American Allied Health (AAH), American Medical Technologists (AMT), Certified through American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or National Healthcareer Association (NHA).
- 1-2 years' experience in medical office or similar capacity.
