Skilled Nursing LPN
Bill Rate: $63
LPN for contract for x 5 shifts/week, every weekend required. LTC LPN/RN candidates must have 2 years of recent LTC experience. Must have BCLS and an Active NY LPN/RN license.
Requirements:
- Active NY LPN/RN License
- 2+ Years' Experience
- NY DHHS Background
- BCLS
- National/State/County Background
- 10 Panel Drug Screen
- 2 Step TB, Hep B, MMRs, Tdap, Varicella
