Description:
Provide quality nursing care to incarcerated individuals.
Observe and record patient behaviors and health status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist with daily living activities and provide support.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient safety.
Participate in the development and implementation of care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures in a correctional setting.
Flexibility to work every third weekend and holidays as needed.
