The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Queens seeks an LPN to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehab facility. The LPN will provide bedside nursing, administer medications and treatments, monitor conditions, and support ADLs for short-term rehab and long-term care residents. Working closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians, you’ll help implement care plans, maintain accurate documentation, uphold infection control and safety standards, and promote dignity, comfort, and quality of life in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
