Hiring: LPN/LVN - Long-Term Care (LTC)
We are looking for an experienced LPN/LVN for a Long-Term Care (LTC) assignment. Locals are welcome!
Local Candidates:
  • Local candidates accepted
  • Local rate applies to candidates living less than 75 miles from the facility
Shift Details:
  • Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
  • Every Other Weekend ( EOW ) Required
  • Floating Required within the Same Building
  • Block Scheduling is not guaranteed
Unit Details:
  • Specialty: Long-Term Care (LTC)
  • Beds: 40
  • Common Diagnoses/Patient Population:
    • Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
    • Orthopedic patients
    • Dementia
    • Memory Care
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of LTC experience required
  • Current BLS certification
  • Active New York LPN license
  • Nursys license verification showing active NY license and all active licenses
  • PointClickCare EMR experience
  • Travel experience must be documented on resume
Submission Requirements:
  • Updated Resume with 1+ year LTC experience
  • Travel experience documented on resume
  • Specialty-matched Skills Checklist
  • Driver's License with address matching candidate demographics
  • Current BLS
  • Nursys License Verification
  • RTO must be provided at time of submission
