As an LPN/LVN at Encompass Health, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care to patients recovering from major illness and injury in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you’ll monitor vital signs, administer medications and treatments, assist with wound care and mobility, and support individualized rehab care plans. You’ll educate patients and families, ensure accurate EMR documentation, and uphold strict safety and infection-control standards.
