Submission Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in Long Term Care (LTC), Medical-Surgical (MS), or Home Health - Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) - Required
- COVID-19 vaccination is required. Religious/Medical exemptions are allowed.
- No overtime (OT) permitted.

- Active and valid LPN/LVN license in the state of Michigan
This job opportunity is for a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a minimum of two years of experience in Long Term Care (LTC), Medical-Surgical (MS), or Home Health. The facility is located in Traverse City, MI, and offers an afternoon shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM with 8 hours per day.
Applicants must hold a valid LPN/LVN license in the state of Michigan and have a current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA). In addition, all staff members are required to have received the COVID-19 vaccine, with allowances for religious or medical exemptions.
