LPN LVN

Job Description

We are seeking an LPN LVN to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients.

Part-time or Full-time position.

Hourly rate is negotiable.
​Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum patient care and treatment in a Family Medicine setting
• Collaborate with the Physician to administer prescribed medications
• Educate and update patients on medical treatments
• EKG, IV infusion and IM injections

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
• Experience with variety of Medical Wellness services
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with EMR and good general computer skills
