Pay Rate: $36.00/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our well-structured outpatient behavioral health program. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in mental health or outpatient care and will thrive in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Assist with nursing assessments and provide patient education.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care.
- Support crisis management efforts and ensure patient safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and other medical staff in treatment planning.
- Provide direct patient support in both group and individual therapeutic settings.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Virginia.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (behavioral health or outpatient preferred).
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
