Key Responsibilities of the LPN / LVN

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
• Assist with daily living activities for patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient status and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality care

Requirements of the LPN / LVN

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of New Hampshire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
