LPN/LVN - Long Term Care/SNF
13-week LPN assignment in a Long-Term Care setting with 40 guaranteed hours per week. The schedule consists of 8-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct resident care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality, resident-centered care.
Requirements:
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license for the applicable state
- Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience
- Current BLS certification
- Proficiency in medication administration and documentation
- Strong clinical assessment and resident care skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and respond effectively to changes in resident condition
