LPN/LVN Long Term Care/SNF
Active South Dakota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred Current BLS certification Strong medication administration, clinical assessment, and documentation skills Experience with wound care, admissions, and resident care planning preferred Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and provide compassionate resident-centered care Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
