Encompass Health is hiring LPNs/LVNs to provide high-quality inpatient rehabilitation care in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting. In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll deliver direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, support therapies, and document in the EMR while working closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians. You’ll help patients recovering from major illness or injury regain function and independence.
