Encompass Health seeks a dedicated LPN/LVN to deliver compassionate bedside care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will monitor vital signs, administer medications and treatments, perform wound care, and support complex rehab patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians on interdisciplinary care plans, document care in the EHR, and educate patients and families.
