Encompass Health seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse to deliver high-quality bedside care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and support patients recovering from major illnesses and injuries. You’ll collaborate daily with RNs, therapists, and physicians to execute individualized care plans, document in the EHR, and educate patients and families.
