Encompass Health is seeking an LPN/LVN to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you’ll deliver direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and support complex rehabilitation plans for patients recovering from major illness or injury. Working closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians, you’ll provide education to patients and families, document in the EHR, and uphold safety and infection-control standards.
