Encompass Health seeks a dedicated LPN/LVN to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you’ll provide direct bedside nursing, administer medications, monitor patient status, and support complex rehab care plans under RN and physician direction. You’ll document accurately in EMR systems, educate patients and families, and collaborate with therapists and physicians to help patients recover function after illness or injury.
