Encompass Health seeks a dedicated LPN/LVN to deliver compassionate, hands-on care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will provide direct bedside nursing, administer medications, monitor vital signs, perform treatments, and support complex rehab patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury. Working within an interdisciplinary team of RNs, therapists, and physicians, you’ll help implement individualized care plans, document in the EMR, and educate patients and families on recovery and safety.
