Encompass Health seeks an LPN/LVN to provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you’ll deliver direct bedside care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with therapy-focused interventions that help patients recover after stroke, brain injury, orthopedic events, and other complex conditions. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you’ll coordinate with RNs, therapists, and physicians, support individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate EMR documentation.
