LTC LPN
This position requires 12-hour shifts.
We are seeking a dedicated Long-Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LTC LPN) for a 13-week contract position. The role involves providing essential nursing care to patients in a long-term care environment. More details will be discussed during the interview.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
- Monitor patient health, including vital signs and behavioral changes.
- Assist in daily living activities, providing support and companionship to residents.
- Document patient care and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse.
- Collaborate with a healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current LPN license in good standing.
- Experience in long-term care or similar settings preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.
