LPN - LTC
This position offers a guaranteed 36-hour workweek with a shift from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM.
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Assess and monitor patient conditions continuously.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
Document patient care activities accurately and comprehensively.
Current State RN License.
Strong clinical background and patient care experience.
Certification in basic life support (BLS) preferred.
