LPN – Long Term Care (LTC)
Tryfacta is seeking a LPN – Long Term Care (LTC) for our client in Rapid City, SD 57701. This is an 8-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!
Location: Rapid City, SD 57701
Duration: 8 weeks
Work Schedule: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Provide nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care facility.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, wound care, and tracheostomy care.
- Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and high-acuity resident care.
- Collaborate with CNAs and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- Active LPN License required.
- Long-Term Care experience preferred.
- Experience with tracheostomy care, wound vacs, IV therapy, and admissions/discharges preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high patient turnover.
