You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- A current, active LPN license in the state of Missouri

Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality, personalized nursing care
- Supporting residents with daily living activities
- Promoting social engagement and a positive living environment
- Taking and recording vitals (BP, temperature, heart rate, etc.)
- Updating medical records and reporting changes to RN or physician
- Assisting in planning and implementing individualized care plans
