As an LPN , you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. You'll build relationships, support their well-being, and contribute to a positive, family-like atmosphere.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing hands-on resident care and completing daily rounds
- Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitoring and documenting residents' conditions and progress
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and the care team
- Supporting care plan development and implementation
- Promoting a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all
- Current LPN license (State of Indiana)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- A compassionate, team-oriented mindset
- Previous long-term care or rehab experience preferred, but not required
