- Monitoring patient health and reporting changes to the healthcare team
- Assisting with patient assessments and care plans
- Providing emotional support and education to patients and families
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborating with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in NJ
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
