As an LPN at Mercy, you’ll provide direct, compassionate nursing care across diverse patient populations. In collaboration with RNs and physicians, you’ll perform assessments, administer medications, monitor vital signs, support procedures, and maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems. You’ll educate patients and families, uphold infection control standards, and contribute to care planning.
