Cabrini of Westchester, a faith-based nonprofit senior care community in Dobbs Ferry, NY, seeks a compassionate LPN to provide high-quality, person-centered nursing care to older adults in our skilled nursing and rehab setting. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, support memory care needs, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and other team members.
