Job Description Job Description About the Role: Eden Center For Integrative Care is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our corrections healthcare team in Fort Edward, NY. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and nursing services to incarcerated individuals in a correctional facility setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and injections in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Conduct health assessments, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately in medical records
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide urgent/acute care as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Perform wound care, phlebotomy, and other clinical procedures within LPN scope of practice
• Maintain compliance with correctional facility policies, HIPAA regulations, and healthcare standards

Requirements:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New York
• Prior experience in corrections, behavioral health, or similar clinical environment preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and composed in high-stress or unpredictable situations
• Solid knowledge of medication administration, infection control, and patient safety protocols
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
