Role Overview
This position involves performing as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in accordance with the Oklahoma Nurse Practice Act.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and implements patient care plans, ensuring safety and accuracy in medication administration.
- Maintains clean and organized exam rooms and work environment.
- Documents nursing care activities thoroughly.
- Assists with patient care, monitors patients during procedures, and supports staff training.
- Collaborates with departmental staff on clinical matters.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent with completion of a vocational LPN program.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in clinical, hospital, or physician-office settings; experience in clerical tasks is a plus.
- Valid LPN license from the State of Oklahoma or an active Multistate license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, with ongoing maintenance.
Compensation & Benefits
