LPN Floor Nurse Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Valid/ Active LPN license in NJ.
- Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or acute care.
- Knowledge of clinical procedures, medications, and resident care standards.
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
LPN Floor Nurse Position Summary:
- Monitor and assess residents' health status, documenting changes and communicating concerns to the charge nurse or physician.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Respond promptly to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and compliance protocols.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
