CRSI seeks an LPN Field Associate to deliver high-quality nursing care in community and home-based settings within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this field-based role, you will perform patient assessments, administer medications and treatments within LPN scope, and document care using EHR systems. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans grounded in safety and industry best practices.
