Position Details:
• Role: LPN Extended Care
• Location: Kremmling, CO 80459
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts, variable days
• Hours: 32 guaranteed hours/week
• EMR: EPIC
• Call: Required 2 shifts per 6 weeks
• Possible coverage in Granby Med-Surg
Pay: $1512/week
Requirements:
• Active Colorado LPN license
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• BLS required
• Med-Surg, LTC/Skilled Nursing, or SCU experience preferred
