We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our day shift team at Brentwood Health Center in Waynesboro, GA. About the Role
As an LPN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents, including:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Conducting vital signs and monitoring resident health status
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing emotional and psychological support to residents and their families
- Participating in resident care planning and implementing individualized care plans
Responsibilities
- Provide delegated nursing tasks and support to the nursing team
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive resident care

Requirements
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Georgia
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with assistance
