Pay: ($30 - 37$ per hour) (based on shift differentials)

Position Overview:
We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Medical Department. This role may include Medical nursing duties (withdrawal management, medication administration, client safety) or Admissions nursing duties (initial assessments, intake documentation) based on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct medical assessments and formulate initial treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor clients through withdrawal management
- Document assessments and client interactions accurately in EMR
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA requirements
- Participate in training and professional development as required
Qualifications:
- Active LPN license in the State of Ohio
- CPR certification required (company-sponsored if needed)
- Experience in psychiatric, detox, or chemical dependency nursing preferred
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
