LPN - CWAT - Per Diem
The LPN provides care to patients in accordance with their developmental needs, following the standards of the Department of Nursing and in accordance with hospital policy and procedure. Core job responsibilities include performing complete assessment data collection, assessing and reassessing pain, educating the patient and family regarding pain management, observing and identifying adverse changes in patient condition, maintaining current knowledge of medications and their correct administration, interacting professionally with patient and family, involving patient and family in patient education, cleaning and operating equipment correctly, and performing other duties as required.
Education/Experience Requirements: Licensure/Certification Requirements REQUIRED: Current New York State Practical Nursing Registration.
