- Has the responsibility for the daily operations of the physician office. Coordinates the functions of the front office with the physicians and back office staff. Provides training on procedures as needed. Must facilitate high quality customer service to physicians, staff and all external customers.

- Strong organizational skills, office procedures, communication skills, and attention to detail is required. Must have analytical and problem solving skills.
- Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- License(s) or Certification(s)
- Valid Indiana LPN License.
- Other Skills or Requirements
- Minimum one year supervisory experience required. 3-5 years experience in healthcare environment is helpful. Ability to function under stressful circumstances involving physicians, patients and staff. Must be able to communicate professionally. Must be able to maintain a high degree of accountability and be able to resolve systems or office function situations.
