Position Summary
As an LPN Supervisor, you will play a critical leadership role in overseeing daily nursing operations and supporting the delivery of high-quality resident care. Working closely with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing, you will help ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a culture of excellence, compassion, and accountability.
What You'll Do
- Supervise daily nursing activities and clinical operations.
- Ensure quality resident care is delivered in accordance with established standards and policies.
- Support, guide, and mentor nursing staff.
- Monitor compliance with applicable regulations and facility procedures.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to maintain a safe and effective care environment.
- Promote resident dignity, safety, and well-being at all times.
Qualifications
Required Education & Licensure
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
- Current, active, and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
Experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare setting preferred.
