Job Description
Lead patient care coordination and behavioral health operations as an LPC-S/Registered Nurse , while making a meaningful impact in a collaborative hospital setting near Gallup, NM.
Salary: $101,000 - $148,000 Annually
LPC-S/ Registered Nurse Opportunity:

  • LPC-S/Registered Nurse will manage patient referrals and transfers to outside hospitals, ensuring continuity of care and timely placement
  • Provide clinical leadership while supporting behavioral health and interdisciplinary care teams

LPC-S/ Registered Nurse Qualifications:
  • Active Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) license or Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • Preferred that a LPC-S/Registered Nurse has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Previous leadership, care coordination, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
