EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience in the cabling industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

  • Pulling, routing, supporting, terminating, labeling and testing low voltage voice & data cat5/5e/6/Copper/Coax.
  • Establish cable pathways as described by industry standards.
  • Install termination blocks, patch panels and station hardware.
  • Troubleshoot as necessary.
  • Cleanup work site each day.
  • Maintain compliance with all industry standards (NEC, TIA/EIA, BICSI).
  • Adhere to all project safety requirements as established by the Company and OSHA.
  • Maintain the Company's high standard of quality and professionalism with regards to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior and appearance.
  • Check and follow daily work schedule.
  • Report to assigned work location on time and properly prepared with the correct hand tools.
  • Train and direct Installers.
