Low Voltage / BAS Technician
We are seeking experienced Low Voltage Technicians / BAS Technicians to support an active project. We are specifically looking for technicians with hands-on experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS), PLCs, IDF/MDF environments, and RIO systems .

Key Qualifications
- Experience working as a Low Voltage Technician, BAS Technician, Controls Technician, or similar
- Strong hands-on experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)
- Experience working with BAS / Building Automation Systems
- Familiarity with RIO (Remote Input/Output) systems
- Experience working in IDF and MDF environments
- Ability to troubleshoot, install, terminate, and commission low-voltage controls and automation systems
- Ability to read and understand electrical/control drawings and system documentation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team

At this stage of the project, we are not seeking candidates whose experience is limited primarily to network cabling or fiber optics .
Candidates with resumes focused primarily on CAT5/CAT6 cabling, fiber optics, structured cabling, or general network installations will not be a strong fit for this position.
We are specifically looking for technicians with BAS/controls experience and demonstrated knowledge of PLCs, IDF, MDF, and RIO systems .
