We are seeking experienced Low Voltage Technicians for commercial projects throughout the DFW area. Candidates should have experience with structured cabling, access control, CCTV, and security systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Install, terminate, and test Cat5e/Cat6 cabling
- Install and troubleshoot Access Control systems (card readers, mag locks, electric strikes, door hardware)
- Install and service CCTV/IP camera systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Pull and terminate low voltage cable
- Troubleshoot low voltage systems
- Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial low voltage experience
- Experience with access control, CCTV, and structured cabling
- Ability to read blueprints and use hand/power tools
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work from ladders or lifts
