Low Voltage Technician
Tri-City Group is seeking Low Voltage Technicians for immediate openings in Des Moines, IA.
Main duties include but are not limited to:
- Installation of low voltage cabling infrastructure in large construction, new construction, and remodeling projects.
Qualifications:
- Low voltage knowledge and understanding and experience pulling and routing wires is required.
- Qualified candidates will have formal training in category cabling, security, and low-voltage installation.
- Familiarity with electrical tools and machinery
- Reliable transportation to get to the construction site and from job to job
- Regular attendance, timeliness when given tasks and arrival to work on time - Required
- Ability to follow safety protocols, OSHA requirements, and wear PPE (Safety gear) on site
- Desire to learn in a hands-on environment with an awareness of other job site activities
- Attention to detail, and ability to follow instruction
