Senior Low Voltage Project ManagerA growing company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Low Voltage Project Manager to lead and scale its low voltage division. This role requires a strong leader who can take full ownership of complex projects, manage teams and client relationships, and drive operational excellence across all phases of delivery.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end execution of low voltage projects, from pre-construction through completion.Manage and mentor project teams, field staff, and subcontractors.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure profitability.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-level service and satisfaction.Skills:Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.Advanced project management and operational oversight skills.Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Requirements:Significant experience in low voltage systems (data, security, AV, cabling).Prior managerial experience with direct team oversight.Track record of successfully delivering complex projects.Highly organized, proactive, and capable of taking full ownership.Location: Central NJ | Hours: Full-time. | Salary: $150-180k
