Low Voltage Operations ManagerThe Low Voltage Operations Manager will be in charge of organization, planning, leadership, and development of Commercial Low Voltage Electrical projects.
Key responsibilities will be maintaining customer service, expanding business potential, and leading sustainable growth.Job Responsibilities:Manage operations of service teams to ensure efficiency and customer satisfactionDevelops objectives and goals for future growth for Systems teamsManage services standards within existing customer base to ensure customer satisfactionStreamline or develop new internal procedures and policiesPrepare status and management reports for upper managementOversee new customer documentation and onboardingResponsible for customer account questions and renewalsContract ManagementCommunicate between service and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and proper serviceManagement of service-related issues to ensure efficiencyEnsure proper delivery of services and customer satisfactionImprove and maintain processes within the Services DepartmentRequirements:Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years' relevant experience requiredEffective management/team building skillsExperience with Access Control, Security Systems, Nurse Call Systems, Intercom Systems, AV, and Data Cabling a plusStrong Customer Service skillsProblem Solving/conflict management experienceAbility to multitask and manage several different issues simultaneouslyBusiness development skills a plusStrong Planning/Organizing capabilities
