Low Observables Mission Systems Integration LeadCompany: The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) - Phantom Works organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Low Observables Mission Systems Integration Lead to lead a team of engineers in support of the design and integration of an advanced next generation platform.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low observable technologies and systems integration, with a focus on antennas and apertures.This role requires technical leadership and collaboration across various engineering disciplines to ensure the successful integration of low observable systems into advanced platforms.Key Responsibilities:Lead the integration of low observable mission systems, ensuring compliance with design and performance requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integration strategies for antennas and aperturesUtilize computational electromagnetic solvers to analyze and optimize low observable designsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellenceOversee the design and integration of low observable platforms, ensuring alignment with program objectives and timelinesStay current with advancements in low observable materials and technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance system performanceBasic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statementKnowledge of Basic Electromagnetic Principles: Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory and its application in low observable systemsExperience with Low Observable Integration: Proven experience in the integration of antennas and apertures in low observable platformsComputational Electromagnetic Solvers: Proficiency in using computational tools for electromagnetic analysis and designTechnical Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a collaborative environmentAntenna Design and Integration: In-depth knowledge of antenna design principles and integration techniquesLow Observable Platforms: Experience in the design and integration of low observable platforms, including familiarity with relevant materials and technologiesActive U.S. Top Secret Security ClearanceAbility to obtain Special Program Access (U.S. Only Citizenship Required)Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related fieldStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressureExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
