To enhance clinical and operational processes, the full-time remote Low Code Systems Administrator will design, build, support, and optimize low-code applications and workflow automations using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 technologies. Key Responsibilities Design, build, test, deploy, and support low-code applications and workflow automations while administering Microsoft Power Platform tools Troubleshoot applications and manage incidents, service requests, and production support activities to optimize solution performance Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, and create technical documentation for user training and adoption support Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience with business applications, low-code platforms, workflow automation, or reporting solutions Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse Strong understanding of data integration, application security, and Microsoft 365 technologies Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities
