Key responsibilities Self-source SBA loan origination with a focus on client engagement and analysis Review financial statements, structure SBA loan proposals, and prepare credit packages Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as agency guidelines and organizational policies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 4 years' SBA lending experience A minimum of 5 years of SBA/Business/Commercial lending experience Experience in SBA loan origination and familiarity with commercial loan underwriting systems Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task Proficiency in PC and internet usage
