To support a growing telehealth practice, a part-time Louisiana Licensed Collaborating Psychiatrist will collaborate with and supervise psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, providing clinical guidance, chart reviews, and independent prescribing decisions while working remotely. Key responsibilities Collaborate with PMHNPs to treat low- and medium-acuity psychiatry patients using evidence-based approaches Conduct chart reviews and provide guidance on diagnoses, treatment plans, and medication management Mentor clinicians and reinforce clinical standards and responsible-prescribing protocols Required qualifications An active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care
