Loss Prevention Specialist - Full-Time, 401K Match

Ollie’s Loss Prevention Associate is responsible for maintaining professional visual deterrence to prevent theft while creating a safe and pleasant shopping experience for customers and a positive work environment for Ollie’s associates. This position is full-time and requires nights and weekends on a regular basis.

Focus includes presenting a positive deterrent, developing rapport with employees to foster honesty and integrity, and upholding security standards in-store.
